The Sisterhood of The Traveling Bats is pleased to present their first (!) Mixtape, Starless Night / Are You Seeing This?, a constellation of songs, screams, senerandes, conspiracies, rants, rituals, words of wisdom imparted by several favorite figures of the feminine spectrum. We wanted to meditate on how complicated the word drag is and share some forms we find particularly compelling. We imagined drag as a verb, as a social movement or phenomenon—the art of imitation, appropriation, homage, parody, collaboration. Communication.
